Rent the Wyckham House Student Centre for your next conference, trade show, concert, or other large event. This space combines Wyckham Hall, our Banquet Hall, our second floor lounges, Gallery, and our licensed campus hotspot, the Hub.

Wyckham House is a student-owned building on the Mount Royal University Campus, thus we have preferred pricing for students and members of our Mount Royal Community. Special pricing is also available for not for profit events hosted by members of our greater Calgary and area community. The rental cost covers a flexible eight-hour period.

The SAMRU may levy a Venue Fee of up to $2.00 per ticket sold to any publicly advertised ticketed venue rental taking place within the Wyckham House Event Centre. This fee will be added onto the Renters set ticket price. This fee will be collected on behalf of the SAMRU by the ticketing agent and remitted directly to the SAMRU.
The Hub is a vibrant venue, with regular Monday-Thursday evening events during the academic year (September – April). Rentals are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings plus Saturday and Sunday during the day. Availability increases during the Spring and Summer semesters (May-August). Please contact our Programming & Venue Manager to inquire about specific dates and times.
