Off-Campus Housing - Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

• any ads that have been approved and posted.
• ads removed by the landlord before the 30 day expiration period, even if the ad has been posted for less than 24 hours, or if the ad has been submitted for approval and not yet been posted.

Expired listings

If a landlord expires his or her rental property listing and then decides to re-post the same listing, he or she will be required to pay the standard monthly rate for the new time period that they choose to list the property.

Monetary credits and or additional listing time will not be provided for:

• Unused time remaining on a property listing
• Any period of time that the listing has been removed from the website and is pending approval from the OCH Administrator.
• Any period of time between the date the listing expires and the date the rental property is re-posted.
