SAMRU is looking for interested students to join the VP External Advocacy Committee (VPEAC). This is a great experience and resume-builder for students interested in advocacy, lobbying, political science, public relations or representation. A small honorarium is provided to committee members.

The VP External Advocacy Committee (VPEAC) is a committee that will meet monthly to discuss any advocacy and lobbying issues that MRU students have, specifically surrounding external advocacy, any events related to external advocacy, and lobbying efforts through the Council of Alberta University Students (CAUS) or the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA).

If you’re interested in a position on the committee, please apply with your resume to:

Seija Roggeveen, VP External

Application deadline: October 8, 2014
