Need a hand preparing your tax return? We’re here to help. SAMRU is offering a free tax clinic specifically designed to help low income individuals. The tax clinic is run by CRA-trained volunteers and will be available March 6 – 31.

SAMRU is looking for your feedback to help improve your student experience! All Mount Royal University students are encouraged to take this short, 10-minute survey. Your responses will help shape the programs, services, and benefits that we offer, and all students who complete the survey will be entered into a draw for a $500 grand prize courtesy of your Students’ Association.

The survey will be open from March 13th to April 13th.

Spring’s right around the corner – come celebrate by planting a seedling with the SAMRU community garden! We’ll be on Main Street on March 28 with dirt and seeds for you to plant, take home and watch grow. It’s a great way to relieve stress, and you can find out more about getting involved in the community garden at the same time!

Whether you’d like to better your English skills, or you’re looking to practice another language, stop by weekly Language Practice at the Global Citizen Centre. This is drop-in session is a chance to flex your language muscles with simple language exercises in a supportive environment!

This program runs every Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Global Citizen Centre (Z307).
