How to have the best student experience ever

Part of a great college experience includes getting involved while going to school. Students who are involved in extra-curricular activities feel connected to the campus community, are more likely to succeed academically and develop valuable citizenship skills that benefit the greater community in the long run.

Choose from different streams, depending on your needs and goals.

Become a leader

Become part of the leadership team that guides the goals and vision of the Students’ Association. Develop socially responsible leadership skills, and gain professional experience with boards and governance.

We’re looking for Students’ Councillors and Academic Councillors now.

Help your fellow students

If helping others more directly is your thing, we’ve got plenty of opportunity for you to develop skills in that area, too. With seven service programs delivering a full range of supports for students, you can focus on your area of interest and gain valuable career-focused experience.

Variety is the spice of life

If you prefer to change things up, we have tons of different ways you can get involved, ranging from clubs that speak to your personal passion (whether it be human rights or foosball), to getting out and meeting people, or just helping out when and where you’re needed.
