Tiffany Riddell
After having worked in the SAMRU as a volunteer and the Cultural Mosaic Centre Coordinator for 7 years while working in the Hospitality industry diligently for more than the last 10, Tiffany is extremely excited to co-lead The Hub Staff team in establishing one of the best campus hot-spots of all time. Tiffany is an alumni of Athabasca University at Mount Royal College and has recently begun her Master’s in Education in an online program through UBC and 3 other universities around the world.

Michael Buffett
Michael spends most of his time cooking, reading about food, eating out, and writing about food. You could say he’s a ‘foodie’, which makes this Red Seal certified professional cook from SAIT the perfect person to be managing the delicious selections coming out of The Hub’s brand-new kitchen.

All of our staff members who serve customers are ProServe certified, and all of our door staff are ProTect certified. Additionally, all of our staff attend anti-oppression training through the SAMRU Volunteer Service Centres.
