All Active members of the Students’ Association are able to vote in the election and to run for office on the Students’ Association Executive Committee and Students’ Council.

Essentially, any full-time credit student at Mount Royal College who has maintained a Grade Point Average of at least 2.0 and is a member in good standing of the Students’ Association is eligible to run for office. Nominations for Students’ Council and for Executive positions occur in early January.
