ONLINE VOTING RULES
Read the following carefully prior to voting

Please note: online voting is now over. If you haven’t voted yet, you can vote in-person at the East and West entrances.

Candidates names appear in alphabetical order by last name on each ballot.

You may only vote once in this election. If you cast more than one (1) ballot, either online or in person at the regular polls, your second and subsequent ballots will be considered spoiled ballot(s) and will not be counted in the final tally.

Once you have voted using the advanced online poll, you may not vote again in person.

There will be four (4) Executive ballots and six (6) Council ballots to fill in.

You do not have to vote for every ballot if you choose not to.

Once you’ve cast your ballot, your name will be crossed off our voter master list. Once your eligibility to vote has been confirmed, all references to your identity will be removed from the ballot. The Chief Returning Officer (Shauna Hunter) supervises the vote independently of the Association. Only she or her designate may verify your eligibility to vote. The confidentiality of your vote is assured by this process.

Vote in person: Please note that you may choose to vote in person rather than online, by casting your ballot at the polling stations set up at the East and West Gate entrances on February 7, 8 or 9th.

If for whatever reason you cannot vote online or in person at a polling station, please contact 403-440-6438 to make alternative voting arrangements.
