Lost an Item?
SAMRU operates a Lost and Found through our main reception desk. Open to all members of the campus community, Lost and Found can help reconnect you with items misplaced on campus. Missing your keys? Can’t find your jacket? Stop by our reception area in Z222 (or call us at (403) 440-6077) to inquire about lost items.
If possible, please bring photo ID when you visit the desk, as it may be required to claim your item.
Found an Item?
If you’ve found an item on campus, you can drop it off at SAMRU’s reception desk, or in the 24-hour drop box located next to MRU Security. Please take note of where you found the item – this information can be helpful for identifying the owner.
Hours of Operation
Items can be returned and claimed at the SAMRU reception desk, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
After 4:00pm, items of critical importance (i.e. wallets, keys, IDs) can be taken to Security where they can be claimed after hours. Please call first to confirm that we have your item and request this service. You will need to bring ID to Security to claim your item.
Items can be dropped off in the Lost and Found drop box (next to MRU Security) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
