Think you’re “ManEnough?”
This fall, SAMRU is teaming up with Calgary Communities Again Sexual Abuse (CCASA) to bring the “ManEnough?” Program to Mount Royal students. The “ManEnough?” Program helps to redefine the way we look at masculinity and what it means to be a man, to encourage men to stand up against violence, and to inspire men to become part of a movement. Working through eight modules, participants will be given the language and tools to decide, for themselves, what it means to be a man.
If you’re interested in learning more about “ManEnough?”, attend an information session on September 21st, at 12:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m., in the Peer Support Centre (Z210). Any questions can be directed to Melanie Carroll at firstname.lastname@example.org.
