If you’re in a rush to catch your bus in the morning, the cupboards are just looking a little bare, or you just want to eat breakfast with friends, you should check out the Free Breakfast offered every Monday-Friday when classes are in session from 8:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (while supplies last).

The Free Breakfast is offered through the Peer Support Centre (PSC) on the second floor of Wyckham House, and is just one of many services the PSC offers. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, yogurt, bread (or toast), coffee, and tea which can help you maintain your energy levels and ability to concentrate in class throughout the day. A nutritious breakfast is important for students, as are some of the other services the PSC offers such as Emergency Student Loans, Free Textbooks, Food Bank Hampers, Peer Support and Referrals.
