Movement During Quarantine

On June 12, Alberta launched phase 2 of reopening the province’s businesses and services. This means that many indoor fitness facilities will be allowed to reopen with restrictions in place (aka social distancing and frequent sanitizing). If you’re not feeling so comfortable with that yet, check out the list we put together of at-home movement and exercise resources! Many, if not most, of these resources are free and accessibility-friendly.
