Stress Less Week

Students tend to take on additional stress towards the end of the fall and winter semesters, when term papers, projects, last-minute assignments and finals prep are all coming to a head. That’s why SAMRU hosts Stress Less Week twice a year to give you that little extra boost you need to make it through to your last final.

In light of the current climate, SAMRU isn’t able to provide our usual Stress Less activities on campus. Instead, we’re happy to be able to provide some virtual/online resources, videos, blogs, etc so you can #stressless right from home! (We could all use a little at-home stress less-ing <3)

We’ll be posting content on all these pages from March 19 to April 10th to help you stress less!
